Kimberley Rai directs and features in her film, Don’t Hide the Madness (2017)
It follows a young woman’s exploration into filmmaking in search of a tool to express to her parents what it feels like to have bipolar. Grateful of her personal insights into mental illness, she hopes to connect with audiences about important matters that shift away from stereotypical perceptions, towards compassion and understanding.
